In the beginning this company has been founded on the name Faracon Enterprise on 21st September 1985 as sole ownership company. For the development and expansion of the company, then on 25th February 2000 has been incorporated below Company Act 1965 in the name of Faracon Sdn. Bhd.
Faracon Sdn. Bhd. was founded by a group of industry experienced professional who have been contributing hands-on to the overall growth of the property development industry and construction in Ma- laysia in the past decade. Our key executive personals have undertaken various projects across the nation, predominantly in Klang Valley, Southern and Northern Malaysia. These projects comprise of infra-structure, industrial and residential developments and construc- tion that have transformed the landscape of success in its location.
Faracon Sdn. Bhd. is registered under the Ministry of Finance (MOF: K10057588743901918), Ministry of Entrepreneur and Co-operative Development with Bumiputera Certification (KUSKOP: 0120010206-ML062106) and Construction Development Industry Board (CIDB) – G7.
